Cydnee has close to two decades of executive search experience serving clients all over the globe. Her expertise is in leading complex searches for C-Suite executives and their direct reports. She led the international search initiative and high impact domestic assignments at The Bridgespan Group. Her client base is largely with foundations, nonprofits and mission-driven organizations that operate in a global context. She has a particular expertise in founder transition searches. At the onset of her career, Cydnee spent several years with Coopers & Lybrand where she earned a CPA as a Tax Accountant and later ran Community and Government Affairs for the Atlanta office.

Cydnee earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University in International Relations and a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University. She is an active volunteer in her community and has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations including Hands on Atlanta, American Jewish Committee, The Temple, the Anti-Defamation League and the Advisory Board of the Tony Award winning Alliance Theatre. She volunteers with the Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta and serves on the board of her condominium association.
