At the end of the development center, each recruiter receives a personalized feedback report, a development plan and a one-on-one coaching session. RECRUITER 360

inTalent’s proprietary Recruiter 360° Survey is the most effective way for recruiters and recruiting managers to confirm their strengths and areas of opportunity and learn how they are perceived on the job. This validated, electronic survey measures 14 recruiting competencies by collecting feedback from clients, peers, direct reports and superiors. Each participant receives a custom 360 Feedback Report on his/her strengths and opportunities in the talent acquisition. Additionally, we provide the department manager with a comprehensive report that highlights the strengths and perceived gaps of the team, as well as opportunities for development. The coaching and development planning can then begin well informed of both the individual and team gaps.
