Design and Structure
As former Human Resource leaders, we have designed and implemented organizational structures both domestically and globally.
Strategy enables process, and then processes drive organization design. Our approach is to review the current organizational strategy and build or realign the processes and structure to enable the business strategy. We then work with you to ensure the organization is staffed effectively.
In partnership with you, we examine the business focus, determine core capabilities, identify performance indicators, and craft an organizational design that works both strategically as well as operationally. Finally, we team with your internal leaders to assess the talent and resource requirements needed.
Meeting Facilitation
We facilitate team off-site meetings and strategic planning sessions. In partnership with the leader, we work to clarify your meeting objectives, develop a design and flow for the session, craft an agenda, facilitate the team off site and prepare post-meeting notes for the group.
